Memory Tag

This is my 1st Tag! So here we go.
I got this from my cousin Laura's blog. She had so many fun comments. I thought it would be fun! I hope you will play along. Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I remember being intimidated by all of Ben's cousins and feeling overwhelmed that I wouldn't know their names. I still don't know most of their names, but yours has always stuck, maybe because you have always been so kind and talk with me like we have always known each other.

To sum up, all my memories of you are that you are amazing and caring. You are always doing things for other people, especially me. I remember when Anthony and I were planning the wedding and you threw me a shower, and gave us all sorts of presents. Because of you, and your dad, we had engagement pictures(something I really wanted, but didn't think would be able to happen). When I was pregnant with Parker you were nice enough to throw me a baby shower with all my Utah friends. You never forget anyone's birthday, and take care of the presents for mothers day, etc. I could go on and on, but pretty much I think you are one of the most caring people I know. Thanks so much for letting my kids borrow all your stuff while we are in Utah.

Holy cow, which memory do I choose? All my early memories have you in it. I'll always remember the hours we spent in your basement, riding our bikes, playing with dolls, learning how to blow bubbles with bubblegum and worrying about the monsters that would come in through your chimney flue. Those were some fun days.

Welcome to the blogging world!

You're going to think this is weird but I remember when you loved the New Kids on the Block and you called a radio station to win tickets to a concert and you were like # 8 and you had to be #9 to win. You were so close and you were sad that you didn't win the tickets and I remember being in your room when you were telling me all about it. funny huh? I'm so glad you started a blog! I'm excited to read it!

I love staying up late and playing games with you and the family and my favorite memories are of the late night chats we have and you trying to keep all your cards in your hand for the ultimate "concealy". More recently, I vividly remember You, Jayden & Jaron flying around in those jets at Disneyland and Jaron was screaming because he didn't want to ride in the front and you just had the biggest smile on your face! You are a wonderful and patient mother.

I remember learning to play a card game at one of our extended family camping trips. We were all sitting around a big table and it was a lot of fun. I don't think I won the game or anything but I remember that it was a lot of fun. I don't recall what the card game is called but the goal is that you and your partner get rid of all your cards but they have to be put down in order. Maybe you can help me remember the name of the game. Also, thanks for writing a memory for my birthday party that Scott and my mom threw. It was really appreciated and I just wanted to thank you. - KariLyn

I remember when you sent me a package full of Halloween decorations to Snow College! I thought I had the best sister in law ever...and I was right! You always do fun and cute things. Thanks for everything.
